Q4 The Escape Room: Breaking it Down
The Break-Down
Now that you have a complete digital escape room blueprint, looking at the whole project might feel a little overwhelming. How do you actually get it all done?
You are going to take the project management skills you learned in Quest 3 and use them to decompose (break down) this massive mission into small, bite-sized tasks. To help us do this, we will be using an AI project manager, along with your Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do app.
Step 1. Go back to the Digital Escape Room Planner spreadsheet you completed with your team on the last Quest page. It should be in your Thing 4 Q4 Folder or in Shared with Me and should be moved to your Thing 4 Q4 Folder.
- Find the Goblin Tools Prompt Generator sheet. It should be the second tab on the bottom.
- The information you add to the planner (first tab) was used to automatically write a highly specific AI prompt based on all your choices!

- Break tasks down further such as:
- Each team member should add the tasks to a new Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do list.
Step 3. Take a screenshot of your list and add it to your Drive/OneDrive T4 Q4 Folder.
