Q4 Online Safety in Action: Completing this Quest
In this Quest, you have learned about the importance of protecting your personal information, managing your digital footprint, and recognizing how websites track and use your data. You now understand how strong passwords, privacy settings, and regular software updates work together to keep you safer online and ready to defend any player in your game. You mastered these concepts by:
- Focusing on the importance of a digital footprint.
- Completing the Interland Mindful Mountain game and earning a "Smart" Certificate.
- Completing the Safe Browsing training and earning the Safe Browser Certificate.
- Focusing on what a Passkey is and how it added extra security to your online presence.
- Completing the Password Power-up Challenge and earning the Certificate of Security.
The portfolio should be saved in your Google Drive or your OneDrive. Make sure you have shared your portfolio with your teacher and added the correct permissions so they are able to help facilitate your learning throughout the remainder of the Cyber Smart Thing.
Check off this Quest on the 21T4S roadmap if it is used in class.
