Your Employability Breakout Challenge
- Help yourself master some Hard and Soft skills concepts by breaking out of the digital site.
- If you have never completed a digital breakout, go to the green box in the side menu by selecting or play Digital Breakout Example Video (3:36 min.) as an overview.
- Your teacher may provide you with a Q3 Digital Breakout Recording Document to help you organize your process for solving each lock. Try it first and then ask!
- Once you break out, take a screenshot of the Award to prove your success and add it to your Career Prep Portfolio on the Quest Three page.
- Note: If you do not have enough time to finish the Breakout, record your answers where you can locate them so that you can reenter the locked answers when you return to the Google Form.

What is a Digital Breakout?
A Digital Breakout may also be called a Digital Escape Room.
This is a web-based, game-like activity in which students use clues to unlock a series of puzzles or activities to solve a challenge or escape a digital room.
Students frequently collaborate (conference or chat) to locate and solve clues.
